administrative fees. If you are a Chamber of Commerce member,
senior citizen, in the military or a member of a safety force
then you will receive a 5% discount on your storage unit. You
can receive an additional 10% discount if you prepay three
months rent in advance; and up to a 19% discount if you prepay
twelve months in advance.
From 6am to 10pm daily, you will receive computer controlled
gate access with access video surveillance at Broadview Mini
Storage. We offer convenient drive-up access to your storage
unit without scary-interior hallways. We also rent U-Haul
trucks.
